"I've never looked and felt as good"
I decided to sign up with Keith for nutrition coaching and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. In the beginning, I absolutely hated the idea of having to make a grocery store haul, come home, cook, weigh and measure all of my meals for the week. I actually got extremely overwhelmed and cried the first time I meal prepped; however, I found what works for me and it’s second nature now. As Keith has told me, consistency is the key to success. Of course, I had to find this out the hard way by changing up my meals one week and I didn’t see the results that I had been getting prior to the change up. I’ve been sticking with pretty much the same meal prep ingredients ever since and have gained muscle while losing 20 more pounds. I’m so happy that I finally agreed to get onboard with Keith’s nutrition and coaching plan. I can honestly say that I’ve never looked and felt as good as I do at the moment. "I can’t say enough good things about Keith and his coaching abilities! I was turning 35 and celebrating my 15-year wedding anniversary, and I wanted to go into it as my BEST self. "In the time we have worked together, I have been able to accomplish in months what I had been trying to do for years. I’m so grateful that I followed Keith on Instagram and finally decided it was time to ask if be offered remote coaching. I knew that he had what I wanted because his results speak for themselves. I was sure I knew my way around the gym before working with you, and I thought I just needed a little help around the kitchen. But boy, was I wrong. That’s 20 pounds on the scale which doesn’t really tell me how much I really lost because I am now stronger than I even was in my 20s. I have abs. A freaking six-pack. I honestly thought my chances of being this fit were gone with my 20s.
