MEET KEITH OZMENT

I was not a kid with high self esteem at all.

A little chubby + acne wasn’t a good recipe for high self esteem. I was 16 years old when I got into working out. I weighed around 255 pounds at that time. I instantly fell in love with fitness and nutrition, and quite frankly become obsessed with it. So much so, that within 6 months from when I picked up my first weight, I was competing in a teenage bodybuilding show and placed 2nd! From there many doors opened for me! I was sponsored by a supplement company, eventually worked for them full time. I competed in bodybuilding shows yearly from ages 19-26. I got to experience many great things and meet so many great people through fitness.

I’m Blessed to now be able to help people reach their health and fitness goals.
